The owner of Rendez-vous cafe is a passionate french pastry chef who serves only the best food to his customers. To him, French pastry is not just a piece of food for customer to eat, but a story to share with others. He has worked in Las Vegas French restaurants in the past and has years of experience both infront and behind the scenes.
