Q: Im not sure what has happened to this location on Bel Air road. Has slowly gone down hill. Wait time are ridiculous and are constantly out of product. This week alone out of caramel.
A: Totally agree with you. The wait time at this Starbucks is astronomically slow--even when ordering ahead through the app, I still end up standing around forever. The staff often looks completely disinterested and bored, barely acknowledging customers. It's like they're just going through the motions, and it really shows. Plus, they're constantly out of basic items. It's frustrating how far this location has fallen off still 3 years after you posted this.
