Q: The manager's attitude, treatment of employees and her personality is terribly unpleasant! It is unfortunate that they have to work with "such" a person every day... Have they not considered removing her from that position?!
A: The Panera on Northlake Blvd is the worst location I've experienced . Lousy customer service and they stand around chatting and goofing off, even manager on duty. Cashier area unattended frequently. They never have online advance orders ready in their "Rapid Pickup " shelf...I always have to wait and get in line.
