A: Well today they weren't joking and laughing but they certainly wasn't having a good day. My order took longer than if I went through the drive- thru. The oatmeal was watery. I could have drank it. I asked for another to be made. That was taking longer than expected. The ham croissant was so hot that even when I returned to the office you couldn't eat it for being too hot. Usually they're ok. But I think overall SB is losing its touch of customer service, friendliness and products.
