A: They are very good. Pick up is done outside at a table on their patio. Only one customer at a time can walk up to grab your food. The process: So, you place your order online, walk on to the patio when you get there. They will come out and check which is yours, then they come back out with your food and put in on the table for you to grab. Like a most delicious ransom exchange. You then exit the patio for the next customer to pop on. (You can also leave the patio in between checking in and them bringing out your order.) 10/10 trust.
