About The Coffee Collective
Local coffee roaster and restaurant serving breakfast and lunch until 3pm. We have a variety of breakfasts from house made corn beef hash, waffles or breakfast sandwiches.

Q: Is the coffee organic?
A: We source our coffee from many different coffee plantations around the world. Although several varieties are organic, all varieties are ethically sourced. When the beans are roasted they all go through the same machinery in our roaster and cannot be certified as organic.
