Q: What are the Covid safety practices like here?
A: From the owner: Thanks for asking. We follow the Tennessee Pledge for safety and sanitization. At Dos Gatos, we have not opened for inside traffic but have installed a walk up window with a plexiglass shield separating you from the barista. All baristas are masked and all customers are masked(if a customer arrives without a mask, we provide one). Baristas wash their hands frequently through the day or sanitize frequently. We have outdoor seating and disinfect between customers. We have touchless credit card processing and we also have the Odeko app that you can order from. If you use cash, we sanitize after handling the cash. We want to protect our staff and our customers. Thank you for asking
