A: Naperville's Panera is BY FAR the BEST Panera I've been to. The Panera on Army Trail Rd sucks at night. The manager always looks miserable and never speaks to any customers unless he has to. The employees look miserable as well. It just feels like a bad atmosphere when you walk in there. Naperville, on the other hand, has such a positive, friendly atmosphere! The manager, Susan, is so attentive, friendly and accommodating. You can at any time find her walking around the restaraunt, checking in with guests to make certain their experience is going well. She is just great! Mikel, another employee at that location, is also a pleasure to speak to when we come in. Mike is also very attentive and friendly. I couldn't say enough good things about the Naperville Panera Bread.
