A: I would call Starbucks customer service and explain what happened. The rep should offer you something like a free item. I had a store manager treat me like s*** one day I went to go get my remade coffee and the gal I spoke to said you need to speak to Karen the manager when I got up there she said that my friend Lisa's husband came up and already got two free cups of coffee and was yelling at me and embarrassed me and I said you don't know me I don't have a friend named Lisa but that's okay I'm reporting you and she gave me my free cup of coffee and I still reported her and I got more free coffee.
