Q: Saturday 20:10 and the second time that I tried to take my best coffee and they denied again to service at windows dispatcher why? And they ignored the costumers when we stopped at the windows, manager or owner please switch the staff
A: That location Starbucks employees seems to have attitude when dealing with customer. I have pointed out to Starbuck to keep their standard by talking to their employees to be polite. I received $15.00 credit but I did not wanted that. So I decided to avoid never to go to that location.
