About Creole Bagelry and Cafe
Welcome to Creole Bagelry and Cafe', home of the north shore's only scratch-made, kettle-boiled, authentic New York style bagels since 2003. We make them fresh daily, using natural ingredients including fresh produce delivered daily from local farmers. The bagels are produced in the traditional method of "kettling" or boiling - before baking. The result is a wonderfully flavorful bagel with no cholesterol, no preservatives, very low fat (most having less than 1G of fat), and low sodium. We also have a full menu of breakfast omelets, bagel sandwiches, soups, salads, and specialty coffees along with a full-service catering menu. Our bagels are made with high quality ingredients.

Q: What are the Covid safety practices like here?
A: We are following all COVID restrictions mandated by the State of Louisiana. All our tables are absolutely 6 feet apart and we have markings on the floor throughout showing the distance customers should be from each other. We have hand sanitizer available for customers throughout the restaurant. We REQUIRE masks for ALL customers and we do not serve any customer without a mask. ALL of our employees wear masks at all times and wash their hands, wear gloves and sanitize throughout the day. As with any public place, we do have customers who do not strictly abide by the social distancing while waiting in line to order, but no one is seated closer than 6 feet. We ask all customers to wear a mask anytime they are not seated at the table, but not everyone listens. The tables are cleaned with sanitizer between customers (sometimes not as quickly as we would like, but it's a very busy restaurant on the weekends).
