Come for the coffee, stay for the cause. At Rosebud Cafe in Pasadena and Highland Park, we serve artisan, third-wave coffee--light to medium roasts poured in traditional sizes. Our menu also features teas, chai, pastries, sandwiches, salads, hearty breakfast options--all in a welcoming space designed for community. But every cup does more. Rosebud is owned by Coffee With A Cause, and 100% of profits fund job training for Transitional Age Youth (ages 16-24). Through our Ready, Set, Hire program, interns gain mentors, soft skills, and hands-on experience across industries like coffee, tech, fitness, landscaping, and construction. Our cafes aren't just places to grab great coffee--they're community hubs where youth and neighbors connect.
