About Provision State Coffee

Provision State Coffee is a specialty coffee shop in the Village of Kensington (Berlin,CT). Located in the center of the state, we aim to be a hub for people to gather and belong. PSc showcases excellent coffee, tea and pastries. Our coffee menu is the centerpiece, offering classic drinks as well as innovative creations. Housed in a beautiful space, people keep coming back for both the coffee and the experience. Our name comes out of Connecticut's rich history. George Washington dubbed Connecticut the "Provision State" during the Revolutionary War as Connecticut provided more supplies for his army than any other state. We want to tap into the rich history of our state and celebrate its present goodness by using locally sourced items.
