Here, in the heart of downtown EL, you'll experience a taste of France with our mouthwatering gourmet sweet and savory crepes spun to perfection on our steaming hot griddles. Or indulge in a delicious gourmet Belgian waffle. FCS began in 2014 in the Lansing City Market before moving downtown Lansing and finally to M.A.C across from the campus of Michigan State University to serve our friends in person and at special events around the greater Lansing area.
