A: Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook--a private workspace with tables and outlets--when they're in the Cafe or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Cafe, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Cafe, viewing the details of that Cafe and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
