Q: How strictly do they rotate their beans for sale? If I bought a bag off the shelf, am I guaranteed that it was roasted that same day?
A: Our main roast days for cafe is Monday and Thursday, with bags put on the shelf Tuesday and Friday or within 24 hours. We prefer brewing and drinking our coffee 3 days after roast to allow for some CO2 to dissipate and allow for the flavors to open up. If you need it fresher for traveling purposes or on a different day, you can always order online.
