Q: Why can't they get my order right no matter what i order it happens all the time. 4 time i asked for Decaf pumpkin Frappuccino. I can't have caffeine. I just wasting my money . At this point. Very sad customer.

A: Bring the issue to the manager and explain the problem. I, too, cannot have caffeine. However, I have not had the issue at this location. Make sure they are also not giving you the 50/50 blend, which has caffeine. When you get to the window, reconfirm and say they have made mistakes and to double check as you can't have it due to medical reasons.
