Spacious and airy plant filled cafe in West Harlem near Columbia University and City College serving specialty coffee roasted on site. Located on Amsterdam Avenue between 125th and 126th streets, Plowshares serves the finest coffee, roasted daily on our vintage Probat coffee roaster and prepared with intentionality and attention to detail.
