About Cloud City Coffee

Established in 2002. Cloud City Coffee opened in 2002 when Jill Killen saw a need for a community gathering place in the family-rich Maple Leaf neighborhood located in northeast Seattle. Armed with a passion for coffee since an early age (she actually drank coffee starting as an infant), she and a business partner decided to take the plunge into the coffee business and set out to find the perfect spot - landing in the shadow of the Maple Leaf water tower. The plan was to provide quality food and coffee, and respond to the community in terms of what Cloud City would offer...and hope it worked!
