Q: What are the Covid safety practices like here?
A: Hello, Thank you for your question. We have actively tried to take forward steps in helping prevent the transmission of Covid-19 to our customers and staff. We require all staff to take and record their temperature upon arrival to work. All staff are also required to wear a mask at all times. We have a glass barrier between customers and staff at the ordering counter. Concord has also gone to a card only system were the customer inserts and takes out their own card. We have kept the reduced seating to 50% and have taken away those seats inside. There are also plenty of seating outside for our guests. Our staff is also required to wipe down all seating areas after a customer leaves with sanitizer. We also have sanitizer available to customers if they would like to wipe down their area before enjoying their coffee. Finally we have kept all drinks in to go only cups so there is not dishes being taken back and forth.
